I hold a junior professor position (CPJ, similar to tenure track) at CREATIS, INSA Lyon. Before that, I was a postdoc in the SADA group at the University of Basel, where I worked with Ivan Dokmanić and many others. Before that, I was a PhD student at Toulouse, under the supervision of Pierre Weiss and Thomas Mangeat.

Scientific interest I intereseted in the resolution of imaging inverse problems. Nowadays, this includes mainly leveraging learning at some point of the reconstruction pipeline. I’m interested in designing algorithms that some physical knowledge about the system. More specificaly, I work on self-supervise learning, equivariant imaging and implicit neural representations.

Recently, I focus a lot on (cryo-)electron tomography, see the different software. I’m also interested in other imaging systems. I worked on single pixel imaging or fluorescence microscopy (deblurring, blind-deblurring).
